What do I want for my birthday?

Okay, so my birthday is next week and there are only a few things I want. I really prefer to think of things to tell my family and husband b/c I will not spend money if they give it to me.

Anyway, what sorts of things do I need for the kitchen (I love cooking & baking) or my knitting ? I have already asked for a swift and ball winder...do not need yarn or needles....

custom utensils - grater, sifter, garlic press, pepper/salt grinders, new wooden spoons, measuring cups/spoons...
kitchen linens in a different color
blender/mixer/food processor/toaster
coffee pot with a timer for delayed start
gift cert at specialty food store or lys or online food/yarn place
subscription to Cooks Illustrated or other foodie magazines
