ISO pattern for longer jacket

I am looking for a pattern for a longer jacket (past hip) with perhaps a bit of flare to the skirt and a fitted waist. Kind of like a longer riding jacket.

I'd be grateful if any of you have come across something similar and could share the source (not the pattern!)
