knitting a bernat cute 'n crazy throw pattern and do not understand pattern?

Hi, I'm knitting a throw and the pattern says 7th to 12th rows: As 5th and 6th rows 3 times. Last 12 rows form Lace Pat. What does that mean? Do I knit the 5th and 6th row 3 times in each row from the 7th to the 12th and then start back to the first row. Please explain in detail. Thanks so much.

Row 2
Row 3
Row 4
Row 5
Row 6
Row 7 <row 5>
Row 8 <row 6>
Row 9 <row 5>
Row 10 <row 6>
Row 11 <row 5>
Row 12 <row 6>

Those 12 rows make up your lace pattern.
