help with slipper pattern on a website.

The instructions that i don't get is this
Sole
Row 5 to 14-sc in each sc.
It does not say ch1 or turn?
I don't get it .Do you guys think that she forgot?.

Yes, I'm sure you ch 1 and turn at the end of every row. She mentioned it everywhere else. Just make sure you have 9 sc's in each of those rows 5-14. Cute slippers! Let us know how they turn out.
