Help with Fetching...my thumb is backwards!!
When I was all done I realized my thumb was showing the PURLED side instead of the knit side....

WHAT Did I do? It does'nt look bad, but I just want to know why it did that!!

You were likely knitting on the inside of the tube rather than the outside.

It's easy to do, especially with small things. I imagine that you used the two back needles rather than the two front needles when you knit it.

The stitches probably started out reversed when you got them on the needles.

It's fixable, though, if you're so inclined.
