FO: Mickey and Minnie Mouse Punk Rock BackPacks
My mom and I knitted these Mickey (Mom) and Minnie (me) backpacks for our trip to Florida and Disneyworld. They went very well with our mouse ears.

The pattern was Punk Rock Backpack from the Stitch n' Bitch book and we used Wool of the Andes from Knitpicks. I used the "Monkey" chart size to make the Mickey and Minnie faces.

This was the first time I had to sew any fabric onto my knitting, but the lining and the zipper turned out fine. We both increased the lengths of our shoulder straps a few inches more than the pattern called for.
