An easy pattern for mittens with alpaca yarn? I've never made mittens, and I've seen patterns for using 3 needles, and patterns for using 2. What should I try, given this is my 1st attempt at making mittens. (I'm not a beginner but have no experience using 3 needles. Also, would a circular needle help? What's the diff. between using a circular needle and using 3 double pointed needles?)
