How Do I Join this yarn??????
OK, I'm shaping the neck. I am to work 20 sts, join 2nd ball of yarn and bind off center 23 sts and then work to the end. Do I join the yarn at the beginning of the bind of section? If so, how would I join it? Thanks!!!:

I haven't seen a pattern calling for joining a yarn as you bind off, but thinking about it I don't see why it wouldn't work. You are knitting or purling the stitch before slipping the previous stitch over it for a bind off. I would join it the same way you would if you were joining after the bind off. I usually join by looping new yarn around needle and knitting several stitches using both ends of new yarn and then dropping tail and knitting on with new yarn.
Hope that helps.
