Peaches & Creme
You all may already know this but did you know that you can purchase peaches & creme cotton directly from their web site? (
I was looking at some on ebay and wanted to check the "retail" price. I discovered the peaches-creme website. Their price was MUCH less than the ebay price, AND they have significant sales. The shipping was reasonable as well.

I know this is sold in some "Wal-Mart" type stores and I don't know how the online price compares to the store price but I am very busy and don't have time to shop (it would cut into my knitting time).

I've ordered from the online site, and I will say that I was very impressed with the speed of service.

What is nice is that they have kits that go along with the Mason Dixon books too. They have different sizes of skeins too...such as the large cones. I made a rug from the MD book, and I ordered three of the cones from the internet. They were delivered very quickly, and before too long, I had my rug!

Thanks Nathalie, I placed an order last Fri and wondered how their customer service was. I received a shippping notice that my package should arrive UPS tomorrow. I thought that was pretty darn fast!

I just LOVE places that send you a tracking number so you know just WHNEN your goodies will arrive

Woo, they do ship to the UK, I've always wanted to try this. But their shipping costs are expensive, and I've been stung ordering from the states before :-( I ordered 6 skeins of Seasilk and, on top of the shipping and so on, also got a 20 ($40) customs charge :-(
New blog!
