Cardigan front bands...HELP!!!
Hi All!

I am new to this Forum and am new to knitting.

I just finished a cardigan for my 3 yr old and the front bands gave me a lot of grief. They're not flat and nice, a bit tight and scrunched up.

Where can I get help on making the perfect front bands on cardigans?

The front bands often look a tad wonky. Don't worry - when you block the sweater, they should shape up and do nicely. Just pin the sweater and pull the bands into place - then put a damp tea-towel over top and press with a steam iron. Then let the sweater cool and presto! Nice and wearable!
