ribbed baby jacket! FO
just finished the ribbed baby jacket for my dd! I love it so much, i want to wear it!

The pattern can be found in the "special Knits" Debbie Bliss book, and for free from the Prima Website.

I used a size 8 circular, and Worsted Wear yarn from Blue Moon Fiber Arts (I bought it at the stash sale they had late last year, and sadly, they no longer dye this particular yarn I love it!) The colorway is "turquoise". I think i might have enough to make her mittens too Gotta love giant skeins!

Here is a progress shot. I'll post an update after her nap, of the finished jacket (minus the buttons- the eye of mine is too big to fit through my buttons!)I also picked up and knitted 4 garter rows on the bottom of the jacket to counter-act the curling of the stockinette.

Cute toddler, cute toddler sweater!

Love the colors, and wish I had one, also. My friend makes her daughter miniature sized dresses of the ones she makes for herself, but in a shade different material. On them it looks cute, they're such a 'set'.

thanks everyone! I tried to get her to put it on yesterday, but no go. possible today i might be able to talk her into putting it on for a picture
