Shape Armholes

Please help read this pattern.

Ribbing 2 1/2 " having been completed changed to larger needles and knit in ST st until piece measures 11" --72 rows from top of ribbing. So good so far.

Here is where I need clarification:

Shape Armholes: At beg of next 2 rows, bind off 4 sts once, bind off 3 sts. once, bind off 2 sts once. Dec 1 st at each edge of every 2nd row 6 times. When piece measures 13"(13 1/4", 13 3/4")--86(88, 92) rows from top of ribbing, end on wrong side of work row.

FYI I'm using the small size 86 rows.....

BO 4 sts at the beg of the next row (a RS row), then BO 4 sts on the next row (WS). Then BO 3 sts at the beg of the next 2 rows, and BO 2 st at the beg of the next 2 rows. Then dec at the beg and end of every RS row 6 times.
