knitting even
Great new site, loved the old one also.

I am working on a miniature sweater and need some help.
The instructions are to knit row1 and 2 then repeat row 1 once more ending on the right side.Next it says to begin with a purl row and work even.
My question is,what does work even mean.
Very grateful for any help and thanks in advance.

Work even means to work in the stitch pattern without increases or decreases - keep the stitch number 'even' or the same.
