PLEASE HELP!!! I am stuck on this step...I dont know where to go from here...I am stuck after casting on my first row

What do I do now that I have my first row casted on?

And I did not use the long tailed version I used the single version because it was easier for me and I couldnt get the knot tied on the long tailed version, somebody please please help me, I need to know where to go from here, which step do I take?

At the top of the page there are videos. At the point you are now you just start knitting. Don't worry about loose stitches or anything. Just keep going. The tension will come with practice.

Use the continental video if you going to hold the working yarn in your left hand. Use the english video if you are going to use your right hand.

On the Tips page, there's a video Demo of a Small Project. That showls casting on (which is not the first row, it's just the cast on), then knitting a few rows. That should help. You don't need to make a knot to start your cast on, btw, you can loop it around the needle.
