Pattern Question
So I'm knitting the practical procrastination pullover and I've gotten to the neckline decreases and I read a bit ahead to the waist increases and it says "at the same time." And I think I know what that means, but I just wanted to make sure. So, when am I suppossed to start the waist increases?

At the same time means you'll be paying attention to two sections. Here, you keep doing decreases at the neckline, and after this part - "Repeat last 2 rows until 23 stitches remain on each front side" - you would start the increases.
