Upstate NY?

Welcome! Have you ever been to Adirondak Yarns in Lake Placid? It's been a while but I really enjoyed shopping there.

I am in western (ish) New York, a tiny town called Jeffersonville. We're near Monticello and Bethel. Anyone from these parts? We just moved here and I would love to find fellow knitters.

Actually, I guess I'm in southern New York, but west of the City.

Monticello sounds familiar. Is that in the same area as Roscoe? My SIL lives there with her family and we visit often.

Yeah, I'm about 20 minutes South of Roscoe. It's a great area, just no knitters. And no Yarn Shops.

My SIL has to drive up here to Syracuse to go to my favorite LYS.

Maybe one day I'll open on up down here and then You can drive down to your sisters for yarn shopping... mix things up!
