Need Felted/Fulled Slide Slipper Pattern
I'm looking for a felted/fulled, simple, slide-type slipper pattern. Everything I'm seeing in my google searches is for the ones with a heel like a sock and would just like to have the slides. HELP!!! And thanks in advance... Mary

Do the fiber trend clogs have too much heel? They really are easy and I would call them a slide.

Thanks, Melissa, but these are for a gift and she specified "No Heel", otherwise they'd be okay. I actually have a copy of the Fiber Trend pattern so know it won't work.

Just need one with the sole and upper foot/toe area.

Perhaps you could modify the clog pattern. It is already quite low. Perhaps you could skip the back portion until cast off. I would think you might need to reinforce the sole as well to make it stiffer.

I believe that's exactly what will have to be done cause I just cannot find what I need otherwise. And have just remembered that I gave both copies away.... LOL! Oh well, will buy another and go from there. Thanks again, Melissa!

I was thinking about whether you could leave the bottom sole open while felting so you could get some plastic canvas in between the two soles afterwards for support. Good luck with that.

That's definitely a thought.... got the pattern through Lionbrand and since it wasn't downloadable, will check it out and may need some advice... I had two copies and since they sat in my pattern collection without use for over a year, figured I'd never make them... never even took them out and read through them! What a ditz!

Last evening, I found references/pictures of a pattern for a slide slipper, done by Nancy Lindberg but couldn't find an actual site to purchase. Does anyone have this pattern that they'd like to share or just a site where I might purchase it? Mary
