just in time present! Silk Sleeves
I made these armwarmers from the silk sleeves pattern in One Skein by Leigh RAdford. They are for my friend Marianne, whose birthday is this week. I used this lovely acrylic mohair-look yarn that RitaW sent me and it is perfect. MArianne is sensitive to mohair/ fluffy naturals so the acrylic will be great. I think they turned out well. I added 2 x 2 ribbing to the top for stretchyness.....

I love the blue colour it's gorgeous! I made a pair of these in red they are nice and snuggley, the good thing is they are qucik and easy to do so you make lots.
