Pattern for the Feather and Fan

row1: knit
row2: knit 3, p to past 3 sts, knit 3
row3: knit 3, *(K2tog) 3 times, (yo, k1) 6 times, (K2tog) 3 times, repeat from * to last 3 sts to k3
row4: knit

knit to you desired length. proceed with the yoke, use any sts, like moss, garter and so on ..... is all up to you....
