pattern confusion...
ok, making berroco's 'granite' top, on the shawl bit. It says: k1 *k1 in st below next st on needle, slipping both sts off needle tog, k1, rep from * across
what on earth?! What I've got on my needles looks nothing like the picture. I'm knitting into the stitch below,then slipping both the worked under stitch and the unworked stitch off. It doesn't indicate an increase of stitches, just says to work the pattern until it reaches 23 1/2" from the begining. Any-one have any clue?
