decreasing how to
I'm knitting a hat on circular needles which was suppose to be knit on regular needles.

The pattern says to Dec 1 st. at each end of every row until 5 sts. remain.

How should I do the decreases. should I knit 2 tog. at the very begining of the row and at the end of the row. Which would leave the 2 dec. right next to one another. Or should I knit 2 tog. at one end and do a slip slip knit at the other end.

Any ideas on how I should do this?
