Pattern for shrug....easy to make, extra sizes?

I have a rectangular shawl that I crocheted wrapped around me and it has made my realize I need a shrug. My arms are ALWAYS cold.

Ideas for easy (read: idiot-proof) patterns? I'll check knittingpatterncentral.com too.

ETA: on ravelry if you go to pattern tab and then type in shrug you will get 16 pages of patterns from free to ones you have to buy

Mary Maxim has a lovely shrug and the yarn works up great.
There was an error in their pattern, so, if you choose to order it....TELL them to make sure you are receiving the corrected pattern.

The error is on Rows 32 and 33...should be .......
REPEAT ROWS 30 AND 31.....
NOT...26, 27.
ALSO...ROW 34...REPEAT ROW 30 NOT 26.
the center back has a lovely cable and the sleeves are gorgeous and simple to work up. Looks difficult, but it is a fooler, very easy to follow.
