Hello my friends! I haven't posted any FOs in a while so I thought I would update you. Last month I started doing socks, real socks! Here is my very first pair. It's Patons Classic Wool with size 5 needles.
Okay, and here's my second pair that I finished up a few days ago. It's Lion Brand Magic Stripes. I used size 3 needles.
This is one of my WIPs. It's just a basic sock pattern. I love this yarn! I have some in a bluish purplish too. Used with size 2s.
I had a lot of random pieces of Peaches & Cream and Sugar & Cream so I made a few simple dish/wash cloths.
I love making these flower washcloths! I made like 5 in a row and gave most of them away. Sugar & Cream. Peaches & Cream.
My first crochet project. A potholder! Sugar & Cream.
Here is a beanie that I made a while ago. Don't know if I ever got around to posting it. Can't think off the top of my head what yarn it is. Universal Yarns...I know that much.
Cottage socks! I love them. They sat around unfinished for a long time but I just finished them around holiday time. They are so warm and comfy! Lion Brand Thick N Quick, size 13 DPNs.
I loved making this turkish string bag. Sugar & Cream on size 13 circular 16".
I made this scarf for me. Very soft, made with Lion Brand Thick & Quick. But I'll tell ya...I don't think I want to use this yarn anymore.
Okay, I promise this is the last picture. This is a WIP, obviously. I am knitting those Mary Jane slippers using Classic Elite Flash.
Whew. LOL. I'm officially addicted to knitting. I have knit all these up in the last two months. I am unemployed(looking for work) and don't have much to do. Lemme know what ya think!
i can't believe that was your first pair of sox. i want to try some very much - haven't had time and dpns scare me a little. but i'm going to try this weekend after seeing yours.
the rest of your pics are great too

Wanda- Thanks! Yes socks are easy once you do your first pair. It takes a couple pair to really know the steps, at least for me it did. Good luck with your first pair! Theres lots of people here to answer questions.
Auburn- Thanks, too! I do love bright colors and I'm not afraid to wear them.
Wow, you've been busy They look great! I like that bag, i've been looking for a similar pattern, something I can wad up and cram in my purse and pull out when I need it.
