Lovely sweater ArtLady!!---both of them are fabulous. The back is neat too. A woman who used to own the fabric store I frequented always said you should look as good going as you do coming. ...and that sweater does. Good job!

I am a very good sale and coupon shopper so I think it will be all right. Also I am disabled and don't work so it will be really nice to have something to do besides sit here all day and look at the boob toob. Thank you all for being so firendly! And if anyone needs to get rid of yarn, I am willing to take it off your hands (wink, wink) LOL

Finally downloaded the pics of the two hats I made from my stash for my dear friend's little baby girl.
The first is from a pattern I found online called "Audrey's Hat", in Caron Simply Soft in a cream color.
The second is a ruffled hat pattern I found on Ravelry, also in Caron Simply Soft in a lavender and the accent flower in deep purple.

That's Good, That's Bad
Yay, I've finished my Xmas knits and a UFO.
But I have now started a new project (cable yoke baby jacket)(UFO's, what UFO's )
But it's out of stash yarn (Patons big baby). so it's a that's good, that's bad, that's good.
I figure two steps forward and one back is still one forward

All these FO's are really great! I should make my dog a pillow...he keeps stealing mine! I finished a pair of Monkey socks recently and just cast on for another pair of socks - using stash yarn. I also am knitting Oblique from Knitty.com with stash yarn. I'm slow though. LOL Here are my socks

Everyone's FO's are looking great!! I've developed a problem in my stash. My daughters are knitting up a storm lately and of course they can't seem to find anything in the right colors that they want to knit from my stash so they are buying yarn new and knitting with that. My stash is growing in shades of red, purple, and black. Everytime I get excited because I have one less ball of yarn in my stash I turn around and there are two more balls! I've created monster knitters!
