I have started my square but it's very basic st st with a 3 garter stitch border all around. I will try something a little different for the next square as I am doing 2 squares so I can swap one and keep the other one.
Me too. I've started mine as stocking stitch. I had almost finished it but when I was near the end I realised it wasn't completely square. I had 10 st st left on 1 half while on the other half i had 16 left so i had to frog it I even double checked the stitches on each side of the stitch marker so I have no idea where I went wrong. I triple, quadruple checked the stitches when I started again
