I love your poem! Here in Michigan, the snowin' keeps goin', too! Feels more like the winters when I was a kid than the past few have (except I don't remember aching as much from shoveling snow back then!).
Knitting is more like tying your shoes than it is like patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time.

Love the poem. I live in Alberta and right now we are covered in snow. My kids are happy we've had 2 snow days so far with no school. Mind you it was -35 with a windchill of about -45. Glad that only lasted a week.
