I'm trying to imagine how the patterning would affect the waves...might be too busy...

I'd go for solid, like bethany said the patterning might make the waves harder to see.

A pink scarf brightens the face and makes you look healthy. Even when it's cold and depressing.

I bought a brown coat for next Fall, it was on clearance, and with a gift card and all, I got a $159.00 coat for $32.00. (I don't care if it's 'last years' coat) A pink scarf sounds just right to alternate with the teal Palindrome scarf I'm working on now. Thanks for the suggestion!

I made a Wavy last year in a really pretty solid pink and it came out great. It was a Christmas gift and the person that I gave it to really liked it.
