Jackie, when you look at Sockamania directly, does it say 'Sign In' at the upper right?

Jackie: Anni has a spot on the sockamania blog on the right hand side bar where you can email her questions or problems or such. I'd let her know that you got them done in Feb and were having problems posting, we'll vouch for you

Dotty: love the quilt, very puzzle like

Tami: She said on the blog not to expect the pattern until Mon or Tues afternoon...maybe my new yarn will be here in time after all?

Ok as promised a picture of our new dog! I'm so excited-he's super sweet! Great with the kids, & I'm not sure about y'alls kids but mine (mostly Jacob) can be very wild & rambuncious (sp?).

isn't he cute?!
(forgive the messy carpet-kids were playing with some yarn scraps)

He's adorable!!! But he also looks like he wants to get into the bathroom and eat all the fluffy toilet paper!!! LOL ROTFLMAO
I know, I have two dogs and a cat. hehehehe!!! Dexter, Max, and Dibulon (from Invader Zim)

I should also add though, the thing about the sockamania? I haven't gotten my invite to join the group yet is what I meant. Is ok though. O well. We shall see Monday.

Jodstr, your socks look really pretty. I'm totally in love with the yarn you're using for you pomatomus.

Dotty, that blanket looks great!

Jberry, congratulations with your new dog. He looks supercute!

Lieke and GJ: I hope your wrists are feeling better today and that soon you will be able to get some knitting done.

jberry: Nice looking pup. I love the colour of his eyes. He looks a bit nervous but he'll settle down once he realizes he is HOME!

Dotty and Fibernut: I am sure your sock pattern will come soon and then you can start merrily picking out yarn for your newest project.

I am one inch away from starting the toe decreases on my second RED sock. I already have the sock yarn for the next two pairs of socks. I ordered my KP Harmony Sock Needle Set and they are supposed to be here within the next 14 days. I am anxious to try them. DH says I can use them before our anniversary (must mean he wants another pair of socks).

I just brought out sock #1 and looked at the gusset decreases. On comparing I found that the "tip" for SSK does make a much neater decrease and I will use it from now on. Thanks to the person that posted the tip!

Now back to sock knitting....

Jodstr-I love the colors of your socks! I think I have knitting ADD too. I always have 2 or 3 things OTN and switch back and forth.

Dotty-Beautiful quilt!

Julie- for puppies!! He's so cute! what's his name?

Here waiting patiently for the sockamania pattern...........

Good Morning Socksters!!

Lieke~ I'm sorry it's not doing any better...that stinks about the power!!

Gina~ Just Let us know

Jodi~ Pretty socks!!! I'm bad about that too...I try to make myself finish things but I still end up with all kinds of projects on the needles

Jenny~I agree with a chevron pattern or feather and fan...Don't panic plenty of time!!

Julie~ how cute!!! Our kids keep asking for another dog...I'm just not ready yet...we lost our Shermee right before Christmas...it was so hard seeing him get worse (doggie dementia ?sp) and then make a decision...

dotty~ so pretty! I love the fabric and the colors!!

Jackie~on the top right you should see new post or sign out...click new post, enter your message, then hit enter...if it gets stuck they will push it through for you so you don't have to re-type one if it doesn't post or try to get that one to go through...just wait they will make it appear for you

Tami~How is your skp sock coming along? for some reason I was thinking there was a cut off for Sockamania to get the new pattern but I'm not sure...I can't find it on her blog now...but I thought that's why I had to wait for Dec's ...hopefully you will get it on Monday!!

The.Knitter~YAY!! For Harmonies...Glad to hear the tip worked out that Julie posted for ya

Lisa~ I know...I keep saying well I could work on this now since the pattern won't be out till Monday...but I still would like to see the pattern

So I printed out the SKP pattern yesterday and we took off to Easton...it's so HUGE!! I enjoyed the Container store (I love that kind of stuff) till the kids couldn't take it anymore...then Roo went and built a bear... wow I tell ya the bear's our ok priced but the little outfits were kinda high...all Isaiah wanted was Pokemon cards ...Then JD took us to eat at a place he goes for lunch...so good and such big portions...we had to bring most home in a box...but we had a great time getting out for awhile...JD knew I need it and he was right!!

I worked on my sock on the way over and home...I got throught the first repeat so checked the board on SKP and people are already finished ....I think the first one was finished in 9hrs...I thought I was doing good!! WRONG

Off to work more on the SKP sock so I'll be ready to go on the Sockmania sock pretty soon after I get it....Hope you all have a great day of knitting!!
