Dangles and MommaG, hope you are both feeling better. Dangles, how is Flower Garden coming along?

OK, let's do a check in and see where all our blankets are. It is almost May and I was hoping to be able to deliver the blankets to the hospital in May. If you have a blanket right now, please let me know how far along it is and when we can expect it to move on.

Hi Christine! I am leaving early next week for a short trip, back on the following Monday. I will start "Teddy Bear Love" while on the road trip and certainly finish the first 6" before I return. Maybe you would rather leave this blanket for the next round of blankets to go out to a hospital. Let me know what you think!

That's great, just keep on knitting and we will see where Teddy Bear Love is when I go to deliver. At this point it might be better to think it will go in the second delivery but who knows! Thanks for the quick response. Enjoy your trip and be safe!

Thanks MommaG! I hope you feel better soon. Are you improving at all? This bug that is going around is nasty. My DH has it now and I have something but I'm not sure if it's allergies or this bug. You take care and drink lots of fluids, get lots of rest and take your vitamins!!

I ended up using Caron SS, the light country blue.

Members, please welcome our newest member. Mary is the wife of a man that works with my DH. She lives in the next town to me. She is happy to be joining us and is looking forward to starting on a blanket soon!

I have three sets of needles and have just been waiting until I felt better and my granddaughter's birthday presents were finished so that I could start a few more blankets travelling around Canada.

Happy Knitting!
