I was sorting through my stack of Oddball projects tonight, and noticed a little memo to myself. "Send preemie yarn and needles to Pauline".

Well, seeing that I haven't taken care of that yet, I want to bring it to fruition.

Should I mail some yarn and needles to Nikkilc instead?

I dont mind having them here seeing as I am starting off a couple more blankets and I think nikklc may have q few blankets already there. I will go along with whatever nikklc says xx

Oranges and Lemons has been posted 1st class this morning to Karina she should receive it tomorrow. Do you me to start Jelly Babies or have you got someone else to start it? I have bought some Jelly Babies this morning while out shopping just to get me in the mood!!!

Nikki I see that you are on ravelry. if you know how to navigate the site maybe you could post a plea for help so more knitters will join. I think I read in one of my knitting magazines that a group from ravelry went on an outing to Get Knitted in Bristol. So I imagine that there are quite a few brits on that site.

Alright, so I will be mailing yarn and needles to Pauline.

I just finished casting on "Little Boy Blue", and I see that Karina is the next knitter listed. Can I send it to Pauline instead, so I can put the yarn and needles and the blanket all in one package?

Here's "Little Boy Blue". I used Bernat Softee Baby, in the color "His Jeans Ombre", and used the "Diamond" pattern in the "Big Book of Knitting Stitch Patterns".

Hi Folks

Sorry, maybe it's my day for being dense but I'm a bit confused about this sending blankets with the needles attached to each other; could someone explain the system please?

I can understand if someone is starting off two or three blankets that they need a stash of needles but there is a finite number of knitters and a finite number of blankets, so where do the needles end up when the blanket is completed?

Nikki - I'm making a start on Dolly Mixtures today ('bout time too!' she said) - using 4mm needles.
