Dow to get measurements correctly
Ok so maybe this is a silly question, but how do I get my measurements correctly, most specifically the bust. I have seen different answers and I am just confused. Some have said under the bust and others say around the biggest part of the bust. Please help. Any other measuring tips would be appreciated as well. Thanks!
