I teach knitting to cancer patients and caregivers at American Cancer Society Hope Lodge. For 2 yrs.I have self-financed. I've stocked up on yarn, but I"m tapped out and desperately need needles. Size 17 (9-10" )or Circular.

Lynn, I have a pair of 14" #17 plastic needles you're welcome to if that length will help. I also have 3 prs of #11-16" , homemade wooden needles, that could easily be cut down and retipped if you can use them as well. There's also 1 pr of #13-12", that don't have caps so wouldn't have to be retipped just need caps glued to them. Just say the word, and I'll put them in the mail to you on Monday. Mary

Received your package, and immediately used the needles. Taught a 70 y.o. man. Within the Hope Lodge we now have our own knitting community. It is truly a joy! Thanks again, Lynn

Not only is he 70, but quite a character! he is planning to knit while waiting for his cancer treatmrnts. He is hopingnfor a reaction. He said if he doesn't get one he will cross his legs and knit with his "pinkies" out. We laugh a lot, and he certainly makes my group title"KNITWITS " speak for itself. Thought this feedback would give you a chuckle! Lynn

Do you still need #17 needles? I have a pair of 10" straights, and a circular, that I can send. Do you need other sizes?

Hi,
I have a circular needle with a 21 inch cable. The needles are US size 11. The needle part is aluminum. You can have it if you want it.
