How To pf&b ?

I guess I have never had to do this stitch. I'm
not sure where my yarn should be when I go from the purl in the front to the back. I tried doing this and it doesn't look right. Just want to make sure I'm doing it the correct way.
I looked for a video on here for this and I couldn't find

It is hard to explain but you purl the front normally and to do the back you have to sort of go behind and scoop it from the left. That makes it twist the right way. It seems wrong when you are doing it but it ends up right. Does that make any sense?
