Hey! I resemble that remark! Don't you need a nanny? I know several professional nanny friends looking for new charges to take care of.

Thanks for the warning about your blog -- I'm not sure what happened, but understand how difficult it is to have your smoker's/nonsmoker's rights infringed upon.

I've lived in non-smoking states almost my whole life (it was mind-blowing when I lived in VA to see a McDonalds with a smoking section!) so I'm used to it. Combined with my hating of smoking inside and the fact that pretty much the only time I like to go outside is to have a smoke, the non-smoking in bars and restaurants never really bothered me much. It's when they start extending the non-smoking areas that I start to wonder why they don't just ban it altogether. I've not been to CA since I was little but a friend who went came back with stories about how you can't even smoke outside in public, or within x feet of a public door or window, and there were some other restrictions as well... I don't know if he was exaggerating but I wouldn't be surprised.
Nope - not exaggerating!!! Its not like that everywhere in California, but try lighting up in Calabassas! You can't smoke anywhere outside there and they are trying to ban smoking in apartments in many places. I don't smoke, I don't like being suffocated by someone smoking around me and I'm used to no smoking in bars and restaurants, but come on!!! We live in America and even if I don't use my right to fill my lungs with smoke I don't like someone taking it away I really am not someone who believes that a single breath of smoke as you walk by someone smoking on a corner will immediately cause me lung cancer!!!
