At first I balked, but I guess that's because I just figured I could finish the sweater I'm doing now with 5 skeins of Caron.
A little over twice as much for wool isn't bad.

Aren't top-down sweaters great? I love how you can try them on as you go to make them fit the way you want them to.

You can wear that sweater with pride now, and when anyone asks you about it you can tell them (in the words of Stephanie Pearl-McPhee) "It was a challenge, but I did it."
