Lovely hat too

Hiya Jen

How are you feeling? Bit better, I hope.

I've heard of some daft questions but that one takes the biscuit!!!

Hasn't your Mum told you that it's never too late to send the hubby anywhere ...... especially the shop ...... and double especially for goodies?

It's much better these days for mums-to-be because of 24-hour shopping - there shouldn't be any problem at all now if you get the 3am Munchies.

In my day, we used to pack hubbies off with a sleeping bag and a thermos so they'd be there first thing when the corner shop opened - a girl cannot do without her celery dipped in sherbet. (DON'T ask! )

Thanks very much for your kind comment about the hat.

Best Wishes

Ell

Hiya Folks

If anyone's wondering if Julie has cadged the use of someone else's computer, she hasn't - come on, that would be just too boring and easy

Nope, she realised (after about 10 minutes), that there was no way she could do without her dish.

Anyway, she had a brilliant - and got busy an enormously strong and long i-cord, which is now anchoring said satellite dish to rafters .

The doctors tell me she'll be ok - nothing more than a broken leg (or two). Dunno how she managed that because she fell on her head, so no big time damage done.

Main thing is she can still knit and type.

Best Wishes for a great weekend.

Ellie

Hi Julie
"So of course the brilliant man that he is he fixed it"

I'm sure Gregg was able to fix the dish .... only problem is though, when are you planning on telling him he can get down from the roof?

See what I mean, Jen? - It is possible to send hubbies anywhere!

All the Best and many thanks folks for your kind comments on the Dolly Mixture.

Daft Bat! - Thinking about it though, it's very easy to forget where you left them.

I do it all the time! Especially in B&Q (large chain of hardware shops - ouch! sorry).
