Rita,Just been knitting different hats for different charities .
I am knitting the pieces for Austin Bear now

This last hate I knit from the yarn next to it.Never changed color that's just how it turned out

Very kind of you, I'm sure, my old spud .... but please stop knitting when the moon's full, you know what effect that has on your yarn .... ...... 'that's just how it turned out' - yeah, right!

That hat looks beautiful Julie . It is lovely yarn and it is a great bonus that it knits up with a pattern of its own lol .
I am also going to knit Austin bear but my printer has broken down . so i will have to wait to get a copy printed .
I have finished another hat , will post later . It is way to early to think of anything technical at this time of the morning lol . 6:45am

I've put a link at the top of the thread about an article in the Sun a few days ago - still using 'Gran' and 'Knitting' for the intro.

Oh well, can't be too picky if it gets more people interested in making hats.

Luke , my 7yr old decided to have a go at knitting . Have a look at this masterpiece lol
I am a very proud mummy
