I know this is 'General knitting' but this question is for knitters as well......
What is the best way to seam crocheted fabric? I don't really know how to do it. Anything has to be better than what I am doing!!! LOL

Pretty much the same way you sew up knitting.
Mattress stitch, backstitch, whipstitch.

I never did crochet. I found it confusing. But it looks fun. Good Luck on your search.

You can also use a crocheted slipstitch or single crochet to piece pieces together. I find that this works really well for motif-based afghans.

I also like to slip stitch crocheted pieces together. Sometimes I'll use single crochet, but it makes a bulkier seam.
