Old FOs: Felted Bags, Child's Aran Sweater, etc. (Picture Heavy)
I've been looking around lately and have found some previous knitting projects that were finished before I ever joined this site. So, I decided I should start cataloguing my work, and so here goes.

These are 3 felted bags I made. The purple one was actually the second thing I ever knit - I decided I needed to knit myself a knitting bag. The yarn is Lamb's Pride Bulky in Jack's Plum and Classic Elite Commotion, and the pattern is Fiber Trends 'Fabulous Felt Totes.' I later decided I needed a black one, also Lamb's Pride Bulky, and then the striped one was a Christmas gift for my sister about 3 years ago. Again, Lamb's Pride (once I find something I like I tend to stick with it ), but I don't remember which colors.

After the bags I decided that my third knit project ever should be an Aran sweater and matching hat for my nephew, who was a year old at the time. This was my first (and only) sweater, and my first cables. The yarn is Lamb's Pride Worsted in Sun Yellow, and the pattern is Yankee Knitter Designs Child's Aran Sweater. I think this is still one of my favorite things I've ever knit. (I apologize I don't know the hat pattern, but I probably could find it if anybody wants it.)

This is the Fiber Trends Braid and Bobble Hat. It was my first hat, but I made it a few years ago so I have no idea what yarn I used. It was hard to get a good picture.

Finally, this is a scarf I knit using Blue Heron Hand Painted Chenille yarn. I found it at my LYS, and it was a total splurge on my part. It was just so soft and the colors so vibrant. The pictures don't quite do it justice. The pattern is just a basketweave pattern I made up myself.

Sorry for all the pictures, but I figured I'd just do one big post as opposed to several small ones. Now I need to put all these on Ravelry.
