I have finished knitting on both Little Bo Peep and Cottonball. Just waiting on address confirmation to send Little Bo Peep out, and Cottonball was sent out yesterday to Momwolf. Here are a few pics of these two blankets:

Oh so pretty!!! I love them both!

What is the stitch you used on Cottonball? I really like that.

So, I sat down tonight to start knitting on Butterfly Meadow, and it's on size 10.5 needles. I can barely get the stitches off the cable onto the needles, they're really, really, REALLY tight if I do.
Am I supposed to change to smaller needles? I thought worsted weight was typically knit on 7's - 9's?

I'm really confused.
We are suppose to use the needles the blanket came on so don't understand why they would be so tight

Hi Elizabeth. Sometimes we use size 10 or 10.5 needles for our blankets, because that's all we have available at the time.

If I were you, I would SLIP the stitches to a smaller needle, then knit them back onto the 10.5 needles on the next row. That will make things a little easier for you.

Good luck!

Hi! I'm back! Unfortunately....we left 85 degrees for 60! Brrrr!

Monzogary- Did you get my PM about Little Bo Peep? Let me know.

Ladybug Lady- Did you follow Sandy's suggestion? I didn't think it was that tight when I finished, I'm sorry if it was....

Ladybug Lady - I would try what Sandy suggested, sometimes with different knitters and different stitch patterns things might be a bit wonky for the next person. Hope this helps!

I did, but when I tried to print a label to ship it out, the address could not be found or confirmed by the postal system. I could have just addressed it by hand and taken it to the post office, but I didn't want to risk it not getting to the next knitter, KWIM? I sent a pm to the next knitter (cheryl1973) who is on Ravelry but have not heard back from her yet. As soon as I do I will send it out!

Thanks for all the suggestions on Butterfly Meadow, everyone! I'll be starting it tonight and let you know how it goes.

Thanks! Maybe I typed it wrong from when it was sent to me too. Thanks for double checking...it did take her a couple days to get back to me.
