Are there any videos of T2R and T2L?
The instructions are;

T2R- knit into front of 2nd st on left hand needle then into front of 1st st
T2L- knit into back of 2nd st on left hand needle then into front of 1st st

Thanks in advance

There's no video, but you're going to just knit the sts out of order, like a mini cable.

T2R - from the front, knit into the 2nd st (skipping the first) leave it on then needle then knit into 1st st. Then take them off the left needle. The new sts make a right slanting twist.

T2L - knit into the 2nd st from the back, then into the 1st st and let them off the left needle. The new sts make a left slanting twist.

You might want to try this on some leftover yarn and largish needles just to practice.
