Thanks! The pattern is in Debbie Stoller's book, Son of Stitch 'N Bitch, which is available through Amazon for about $10, or $5.49 used. There are lots of other great patterns in this book too, if you have a guy to knit for. Here's a link: Son of Stitch 'N Bitch
