Great!
Hello! I'm thinking about making one of these. However, I do not understand the whole "netting" process.

Thanks!

What don't you understand? If you click the first link in my original post it goes to the whole thread Artlady posted about her scrubbies and how she did it.

Hi Jan:

Do you just wrap it around the netting, and then re-wrap it into a ball? Kinda confused about how you combine the two.

Thanks!

Still not entirely sure of your meaning, but I'm guessing you mean what do you do with the netting once you have the width you want? You just wind it by itself into a loose ball. When you knit you just hold both the yarn and netting and knit. They will tangle up some, but it's no big deal.

I bought some white Sugar and Cream today in hopes that my netting spools get here Monday!

Thanks very much--I now understand. I wish we had better yarn/knitting shops here- all we have is a Wal-Mart, Zellers, and a small section (with almost just all wool) of a locally-owned store.

Thanks!

Darn, I couldn't get to JoAnn's yesterday like I wanted but will be going on Thursday. I've got the Peaches and Creme in White and will probably just buy some yardage and strip it. I can't wait!

I got my netting today! It also came with a thank you card and a little gift of a crocheted scrubby and the pattern for it. They are such nice people! Anyway, now I can start! Woooo!
