I use a Boye(r) set #6276 (Steel) with sizes 0, 1, 7, 8, 9, 10 (3.25mm, 2.75mm, 1.65mm, 1.5mm, 1.4mm, 1.3mm)

I don't recall needing any other sizes. Also the larger steel sizes are equivalent to the smaller letter sizes. (Steel numbers are reversed in numeric size, so 10 is the smallest steel size while 0 is larger)
Steel 2 = US B-1 (2.25 mm),
Steel 1 = US C-2 (2.75 mm),
Steel 0 = US D-3 (3.25 mm)
