Linda and her daughter both have netting, and they are very good a customer service issues. I pinged her and asked about the Canada shipping question. Will let you know what she says, if you don't find out sooner. Here is her website page for the nylon netting, and her CONTACT ME is at the bottom of the page.

GOOD NEWS, Dangles. Linda will ship to Canada!
However, whereas the shipping for 4 spools to a US location is $7.60...the shipping to a Canadian address is $19. Just $11.40 more...but at least you can get it!
I asked her how much to ship 10 spools to Canada. Still the $19?
If not, how much additional. Haven't heard back, yet. Linda is so good about responding quickly so I'll hear soon.
Four spools will get you about 24-28 scrubbies. That oughta do!
Six or seven scrubbies per spool if you slice the spools in half.

Ok, I'm back with Canadian shipping costs for you, Dangles.
up to 1lb = $19.00
1lb 1oz - 2lb = #20.75
2lb 1oz - 3lb = $22.50
3lb 1oz - 4lb = $24.25
4lb 1oz - 5lb = $26.00
So of course, the more you buy at one time, the better shipping rate. Notice, the first up to 1 lb is $19. But the next pound is just $1.75 more.
Anyhoo, this is common for shipping rates. The first unit is always the greatest because it includes the dimensions of the box plus up to 1 lb. Then when you add extra weight, it just increases the price based on the greater weight only.

I like it! It could be slightly larger, but I'm happy with the density. So next time I'll still cast on 13 on size 10 needles, but knit a few more rows.
