Entrelac tutorial?

Yep, my skin is too sensitive and Noro is notoriously scratchy. I can knit with wool, just not wear it next to my neck or shoulders. I've heard that it softens up a bit when washed though...not enough for ME, but it's probably fine for you if you can normally wear wool.
