Needle storage - Page 2

I mainly use circular needle sets--I have Boye, Denise, and Harmonies. I have quite a few straight needles though, that I bought in a lot off of Ebay when I first started knitting. I do use them ocassionally, but for storage, I put them in a decorative wine box...kinda like this, but mine is cardboard and has a painting of two elegant women at a party on it.

I guess I just need to keep working at this circular needle thing--I''m still very new to knitting and I think I just haven't become comfortable enough with it. Thanks to everybody for all the input!!!

I hadn't thought of that, I used small point protectors, but they kept falling off. I'm going to try that tip, thanks.
