I'm just now enjoying my crocus and it looks like in about a week my Hellebore will be in bloom. We still have mounds of snow in shady sheltered areas. This is our last burning weekend and I finally finished pruning all my shrubs and cleaning up the winter damage. Next I have to start rebuilding rock retaining walls, between the springs and gophers my rock walls only last a decade or so and then they start to tumble. Here's a small portion of my yard.
