Help for Debbie Bliss "easy" baby sweater

Am making a Debbie Bliss baby crossover top sweater and am on left front, shape neck. The directions are: next 2 rows K1, Sl 1, turn, sl 1, K 1; then, next 2 rows K 2, sl 1 turn, sl 1, K 2.
I know what turn means, but this does not make sense to me. Do I then finish off row with either K or P? I know it's a very easy solution, but I'm on a boat asea and totally stuck! Any help would be appreciated.
