I'm thinking of an idea for getting rid of scraps. I have two snuggles that I will be completing, and I'll use the needles to start new ones. What if I started one of the new snuggles, by buying enough of one color (maybe white or off white) to make a blanket. Then each of us will use one strand of that color held together with a strand of any scraps of yarn, we're trying to use up? Does that make sense? I was thinking we could name it after Scooby's cousin, Scrappy.
Anyway, the upside is that we could use up our little scraps that aren't big enough to make anything, but we somehow can't bring ourselves to throw them away. The downside is that there will be a lot of weaving ends, so if nobody is interested, I would understand, and just start both snuggles in the usual manner.
